Default Old Windows Versions

These are very old Windows versions, used for MS-DOS. They are no longer being supported by Microsoft and so you can download and use them as you like. You will most likely have to run them under DOSBox. For a guide on how to run them, see this thread: http://digiex.net/guides-tutorials/2...g-cd-help.html

Windows 3.11 isn't being supported by Microsoft anymore either so now you can also download it here. Enjoy!

I never had a pc until just after Windows 98 was out, I guess Windows 3.1 was good at the time? I used it after Windows 98 so of course didn’t think much of it.

Windows 3.11 was great. I remember using it and talking with a friend about how Windows 95 was about to come out. I'm getting old..

I’m older than you lol but not by that much, I was just a late starter in the world of computers.

I had little interest in them until we got an Amiga 500 in like 1994 ish, after that I thought they were great and it all went from there

Man, i remember when i got my first computer. a Nice little 386sx Windows 3.11 installed. Man I hated it at first. Only because I was using the old Geoworks OS at school and This "Windows" OS was new to me. Didn't take me long to catch onto it and now i've used every Windows OS out there after that one.
