The Computer Room

Downstairs we have a computer room, this used to be a garage but it was converted to another room a few years ago.

Here is my PC in the computer room

We also have the networking equipment in here, the other rooms in the house that are networked up all connect in to
the Netgear gigabit switch which is connected to the Linksys WRT54g router running the Tomato custom firmware.

My 360 and GameCube are connected up to the TV in the computer room

Is that a 17” laptop? It looks quite a bit bigger than most laptops. Very nice.

It is indeed, well its Roberts old one. He got a new 1080p HDTV and offered me that for a very good price. Much better than the massive CRT we had before, it’s now possible to change channel without having a battle with the remote

Not 17" Good guess. Yes it's bigger than most. Its more of a replacement for a desktop computer than a laptop. It's Just over 21" to be exact.

That’s massive I had no idea you could get laptops that big hehe, I’m guessing you don’t carry that around with you?

What make/model is it? I wouldn’t mind looking that up.

No I don't carry it anywhere. I think of it as a desktop without a tower etc.. It's an Acer Aspire 9920G.

FO - Acer Aspire 9920G-302G32HN - Core 2 Duo T7300 - Acer Products | Acer Direct.co.uk

Mine has 4GB ram and a T7700 processor (2.4 GHz). And I ment its just over 20 inch.
