Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald




These are the third generation of games in the series of Pokémon RPGs. The graphics have been updated a lot since the last Pokémon games. This time, seeds have been added to the games. There are trees all around the game with seeds. You can plant these in soil to grow more seeds, or you can feed them to your Pokémon. You can also make your own hideout thise time, in which you can put furniture. If you link up with a friend they can visit you there anytime after linking up and battle you and the Pokémon you had in your party at the time you linked. This time again, there is a special edition, called Pokémon Emerald. In this one, you can catch both Kyogre and Groudon, the Pokémon have new animations and more. Ofcourse, there are now Pokémon to catch as well, and the games are mostly like the other games, but if you like those, why not play these as well?

- note: When you start any of the games in VisualBoyAdvance, you will get a message saying 'The internal battery has run dry'. This means you can't play the game with a real time clock. To fix this, in the emulator go to Options --> Emulator --> Real Time Clock. Clicking this will have enabled it. You will have to close VisualBoyAdvance and launch it again to make it work.
