Star Wars: Republic commando doesn't function at all installs but won't appear in multiplayer at all.

Halo 2: Works you need to delete your old version save create a new save in the game save it then run the content installer because version 1.5 update won't install over 1.2 and 1.1


Star Wars: clone wars no issues.

Thanks for testing some of them out Johnodd4, I think a few of the installers have regional compatibility issues but do generally appear to work.

I’ve not used the Star Wars ones myself but the Halo 2 installer did work perfectly for me when upgrading from 1.1 I believe it was.

yea i had no issues with halo 2 just if you are going to use it and you cannot install the update 1.1 or 1.5 delete your halo 2 information make sure you just backup your save file delete it off of your hard drive copy it back run halo 2 once to get past the you haven't played this game error that you get if you haven't played the game before.

and everything will function just fine.

And i think you might be right about region it is weird though that most of the other content is ntsc and i know ntsc content will not work on pal and pal content wont function on ntsc.

Warning: Softmod user's

Make sure you have softmodded your console with agent under fire 007 not splinter cell or mechassault after you install the splinter cell downloadable content and update splinter cell is no longer able to boot ndure's softmod installer.

And the same apply's to mechassault.

If you mod your console with agent under fire 007 which has no downloadable content you will be better off.

I think some games from different regions differ slightly, but most are the same. I know a lot of early PAL games only ran at 50hz which wouldn’t work on most American TV’s.

The DLC is most likely identical for most games no matter what the region the game is, for the few that don’t work the installer is probably a bit buggy or the content differs for that region somehow.

Don’t know who made these installers but they did quite a nice job of them.

On the consoles I’ve softmodded for people I tell them not to play that game full stop I use James Bond anyway.

Been up all night transcribing keys, transferring DLC etc etc so I'm too tired to write it out. So here's what I've been working on...

The Halo 2 DLC installer has now been updated and new installers for Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix and Star Wars: The Clone Wars have been added.

If anyone can help Harcroft out with content or a retail copy of the games listed above it would be appreciated.
