This is the expansion pack released in Europe for Jazz Jackrabbit 2. This runs independently from the original version of Jazz Jackrabbit 2. When installing, you need to ensure you dont install it into the same location as the original if you have it installed.

Jazz Jackrabbit 2 works on Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP and Vista and also runs flawlessy under the latest version of Wine for Linux and Mac users.

Online Play:

If you intend to play this version online, it is recommend you download and install JJ2+ (Jazz Jackrabbit Plus) before doing so. This adds protection against crashes caused by malformed packets as well as adding tons of features and allowing you into Plus only servers.

Another christmas edition of Jazz Jackrabbit 2 but based on the Secret Files engine so it adds Lori as a playable character. Levels identical to Holiday Hare except for some additional home cooked levels.

The original version of Jazz Jackrabbit 2 ported to Mac OS and Mac OS X.

You can try this install that I'm working on:

If you chose to install tsf, it installs both the avalon version and the normal version (both can run on the avalon data and anims). Unfortunately, JJ2+ doesn't support avalon

that sounds like something that should be implemented in jj2+ itself

the installer does download and install the latest version of jj2+ though

Ah nice, any there major differences between the normal TSF and the LK Avalon edition?

I forget now, its honestly been years since I was really in to JJ2!

Avalon supports polish (new language, j2s, file + extended anims.j2a). The downside is that jj2+ doesn't support it

So, it's sort of finished. Only bug that I know of is that the (unzipped) filesize of plus.zip isn't detected accurately (estimated it based on the size of the zip archive).

I also haven't added any uninstall functionality... I was thinking I'd just add a clear-registry.ini (like jj2 uninstall aid but for more registry keys). Removing the files themselves isn't hard (everything in the same folder, except for start menu shortcuts)
