It would be ok because i would be playing gears 2 now but i have no other 360 and im not doing it with my current one. Also it costs a bit of money do get all the things you need. If i was to do it i would buy one insead of doing it myself.

Depends on your 360, I suggest you read that book many times than ask questions.
