Download Resident Evil 6 Demo for Xbox 360

About the game:

Resident Evil 6 will allow players to select between three scenarios with connected storylines. The player characters from each scenario will have their own partners in a similar fashion to previous games. The game will have two primary enemies including the returning zombies and the newly introduced J'avo. Unlike zombies, J'avo are able to interact with each other to plan an attack, use weapons, and heal themselves. Also the game will allow players to be able to move around while shooting, an element largely absent from the previous games.

Information:

This demo of Resident Evil 6 is currently scheduled for release on Xbox Live on September 5, 2012, enjoy it 60 days early.

The demo doesn't require a modified console.

How To Transfer to Your Xbox 360:

1 - Extract the demo from the rar file (WinRAR works well on Windows)
2 - Run Party Buffalo Drive Explorer, select either a usb stick configured to work in your Xbox 360 or your hard drive.
3 - Inject the demo folder to Content\0000000000000000
4 - Let it transfer to your storage device
5 - Connect the storage device back to your console
6 - Go to the Demos section in the dashboard, play and enjoy!

Nice upload!! So for a RGH console i can just copy this demo to the 'Content' folder of the internal HD or USB stick like normal?

If so can i then just load into non RGH mode and play from the 360 internal HD, or will it only work in RGH mode?

It will work on any Xbox 360 regardless if its modded or not, i have tested it on another non modified 360. Just follow the instructions in the first post and enjoy.

thanks for all the info but I'm having a problem coping it to disc. Now does it have to be a standard DVD or Can I use a Dual layer DVD?. Ive tried using a DL DVD and I do exactly as the tutorial shows but when i put the disc into my 360 it says fixed media disc and doesnt open.

Burned it to a disc following the guide, mixed media disc. Demo doesn't appear on my games list, i can see the folders however if i select music or video sections.

Go to games with the disc inserted and it should pop up.

I'm not sure but one thing. Did you create these 2 folders as shown in this picture below,folder structure should be like this.

I have the same problem, but after the game freezes it brings me back to the dashboard and tells me to download the game again.

My dashboard is updated, but I'm still having the problems of it crashing. Well all my 360 does is freeze to a black screen then I hear the guide/notification sound and it doesn't load. I'm doing the USB method, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Sounds like the flash drive can't keep up as far as read/write speeds.

So far my upload ratio is 11.7, i'll keep seeding awhile longer.

Its only a demo you won't receive any emails, you will possibly get those emails for full games.

Thanks for the upload, but it appears I cannot play this at all. It keeps freezing whenever I launch it. I've tried burning to DVD, injecting on USB, copying from USB to Xbox HDD, doing the dashboard update and trying again. Do you guys have any more ideas or am I just that unlucky?

I am having a TON of problems burning this.... I'm not sure if it's because I'm using a CD-R but I keep getting "Mixed Media Disc" and it won't appear anywhere.

Another thing is that I don't know if I have to change anything in the file or if I have to leave anything as is...

Also, I've notticed that the download link size is VERY tiny (15.4 KB). Is this normal, or is my computer/ Inernet mocking me?

The small file you downloaded is a Torrent, it basically connects you to other people sharing the file.

You need to open it in a torrent client, uTorrent would do this no problems, you will then be asked where to save the demo and it will Download.

As for burning it on disc, after its downloaded unrar it as explained in the first post and make sure you burn the correct folder structure to disc as explained by rick here: http://digiex.net/downloads/download...html#post59572

People sure seem to have been having issues to play this demo which isn't even great or anything, if I were to think of it as a cutscene + walk around video then sure, but it's Resident Evil we're talking about.

Just make sure your Xbox 360 dashboard is the latest and you'll be able to play it.

How did you put it on your xbox ? I did it with usbxtaf and it worked great .

Yup used usbxtaf. It shows up, but when i try to open it on the xbox, it just crashes.
