I was thinking of this the other day when playing Ridge Racer 6, I love the game however once you start making your way through the game it get stupidly hard to the point where I find it impossible to progress much anymore.

I love the game but I think you need to be a gaming god to finish it, or maybe Japanese from what I’ve discovered playing it online. I’m not even going to talk about online play that just beyond silly

I probably do suck at the game compared to most people but I still like it.

F-Zero GX: great game, great music, one of the few racing games I actually enjoy playing, but why does it have to be impossible to unlock all the tracks? God that game is hard, it's ridiculous.

Monkey Island 2: this game is impossible without a walkthrough. It just can't be done. The items are way too hard to find, there are too many detailed screens spread out over various islands, it's incredibly hard to know where to go and what to do. It's a great game, but it's impossible.

That sounds like me when playing madden 09. I like madden alot, Though when it comes to playing against my brother or anyone online. I KNOW im gonna get beat! I suck at madden, but I do try. When I play madden I make sure it set to an easy CPU opponent, even so it's hard to beat! lol

Risk on the pc because when i put down a lot of people they keep getting the good rolls then i end up losing

There is also a few arcade games here I love, Though they drive me crazy cause some have amazing HIGH scores that are REALLY hard to beat!

Some of them are just down to pure luck, others need skill.

Football Manager - One minute my team can go form beating Man U 4-0 to losing to Burton Albion 2 - 1, its truely addictive, but at the same time, truely annoying.

Mass Effect - ITS SO BIG! I not a huge fans of these types of games, and its for exactly this reason, i get lost, and end up going round in circles for half an hour before finding the exit right under my nose.

Halo 3 - people using noob weapons online. They lack skill, and the full force of the banhammer should be enforced. Sort it out Bungie!

Yeah, I've got mass effect on my PC. I played the first level and got lost...I had no clue what to do, so I just said forget it. I'm not much of a halo fan, it sucked to me.

GTA4: I've never been that excited about any 3D GTA game, still I try them when they release, right under all those drooling fans.. But the last release made no difference, most missions appear to be cool as always, but I'm just not in for this kind of free-roam, I always keep walking as a lost man stuck in an 'unrealistic' open world..

Mario Kart Wii: I was pretty excited about this game just like every new Mario Kart. The game played fun with the included 'Wii-Wheel' and the online play function is way more expanded compared to the DS version. Still the thing that bothered me in Double Dash, which was only minimal in the DS version, has been taken to a whole new frustration level in the Wii game.. I'm talking about the items.. Yeah there are so many 'effective' items in the Wii version, I suppose they were originally made to make the game fair for non-gamers, but in fact the whole thing now depends on luck and I won't go for that.

I thought GTA4 was great! I didn't really like multiplayer that much. I always played singleplayer.
