now you might be wandering what the hell this thread is on about but fear not I will explian in just a minute.

this weekend I splashed out and bought a Leather jacket. now I think that I look cool. but does owning a leather jacket still make you cool. please tell me if it does.

And do you want me to post a picture of me in it?

To be honest I wouldn’t have said owing a leather jacket makes you look cool, not to me anyway I just see it as a jacket.

You could start a Digiex fashion show, get everyone to post photos of them self’s in coats/jackets lol

the main thing about the jacket is that it makes me feel good and happy and also lets mee feel like i am part of the group.

plus its really warm aswell which is another plus.

I agree! Im still in school but I think If you go around saying "Look at me, see how cool I am" I think you are a little wierd.

If you like it and it keeps you warm then you ware it, we are at a harsh time of year and it gets colder every day.

The man makes the jacket cool, not the other way around.

Some posters have said that you shouldn't care what other people think of you but I think that you should. Not to the point where you're rushing out to buy all the latest things because it's "in" but because you're still supposed to take pride in yourself and that does include your appearance. Don't adopt the "I don't care what anyone thinks of me" attitude either; leave that to the 13 year old rebels.

Bottom line is that if you feel comfortable in what you're wearing or doing then go for it and don't be too self conscious about it because you've got to be yourself at the same time.

well another reason i bought it was that it was on sale. it used to be £160 but it was reduced to £45 so Bought it then and there
