No, that would be a pirated copy. Go buy it in a bargain bin for £1 or go on ebay. Or you could spend 1200 Microsoft Points and buy it on Xbox Live Marketplace.
Or if you have a decent PC (one bought or built in the last 5 years) you can buy it, along with the whole GTA series on Steam if you wanted.
I would say that depends really, although I like to buy games new I’ve got a couple of 360 games off ebay in the past at the fraction of the cost which have been in near perfect condition.
However it's GTA which is one of the most overplayed games on the console, who's GTA disc isn't scratched?
My GTA 4 CD is perfect, it’s not been in my console since last summer! Sadly I could never get in to the game and feel I wasted £35 on it.
so true i bought it a target brand new and installed it on about 2 diffrent pc's andd when i had to reinstall it it kept giving me a error and would just stop
I must say that I buy a lot of my games second hand. In the US we have a store called Gamecrazy where you can trade in games for store credit and use that to buy other games, used or new. If a game is used I usually get it if it has just been released because that means it is probably in good condition. I have never had any problems with a used game I have bought.
If you buy all your used games in store that's probably because the store tests the game to make sure it works before reselling it. I've bought a few used games online and so far everything has worked.
