This time around it's titled "Ali G Rezurection" it's pretty much what you'd expect from the original series that aired before, although I never saw that so AGR from what I can tell covers Ali G doing short documentaries with footage from the days of Borat. It's currently on its third episode of the first season and last 20mins each. I've liked what they've shown so far so I'll watch it till it ends or unless it starts to lose my interest (Big Bang Theory isn't actually funny).
Does the show still have interviews and such? Part of what made the original funny was that he'd be interviewing people and they wouldn't realise he was taking the piss.
I'm really liking this series a lot and spoiler-ish time.. when Ali said that a kid used a hedgehog for a football the old guy replied "it's not legal any more" so there was a time that they could rightfully hurt the poor animal? It was unintentionally funny and sad.
He keeps bringing up his uncle Jamal for this and that but he should get another one for it although the instances he mentions it it's just perfect and hilarious. Great series and will definitely watch it all!
