I tried to follow the guide for restoring partition 2 in order to create an xbox1 emulator on my generic 320gb xbox360 slim hdd. However, I read into it on some other sites and accidentally formatted it in exFAT. I then tried to wipe it and reformat it, but the xbox could no longer recognize it. It didn't show up in the list. I then tried hddhackr since I popped open the case and realized it was a WD 3200 BPKT. However, after booting off the usb and running hddhackr, it wasn't on the list of drives. Windows recognizes it as NTSF with 298gb available. The newest version of the DLG couldn't find this drive either. Is this bricked or can I salvage something?
Ensure the SATA operation mode on your PC is set to ATA or disable AHCI depending on the options you have. On some motherboards this can also be called legacy or enhanced, if you are presented with this you want to set it to legacy. This will vary depending on your motherboard / bios.
