    what dashboard version do you have?

    Edit: Your kernel must be kernel 2.0.7371.0 or lower for this to work

    You can't you need a xbox with dashboard 2.0.7371.0 or lower

    ok one more question
    i installed games to my hdd but there is no "play from hdd "option
    there is a simple ''play game'' option
    why????

    Thats because if its installed the the HDD it will auto load from that but you still have to have the disc in the drive for it to work it will verify the disc then run the game from the HDD for faster load times and less heat, and its just labeled as play game

    I also think it should show a little hard drive icon next to "Play game" to confirm it is running from the hard drive.

    When you install a game to your HDD on a retail xbox 360 you still need the disk in to play :)
