    This tool is an advanced texture dictionary editor, with support for all RAGE-based games: GTA IV, EFLC, GTA V, MC:LA, RDR, MP3.
    It will allow you to view and change xtd, *.xhm, *.ctd, *.chm, *.xshp, *.cshp (+ unpacked: *.sys/*.gfx) from Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Used with my other post Liberty V you can view and change items with in the .rpf As an example i am uploading some textures i made and changed for GTA V. Enjoy. P.S MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE TEXTURE FORMAT FROM EVERYTHING YOU EDIT AS IT MUST BE THE SAME.

    Yes, you need to be able to run unsigned code (Jtag / RGH) to mod games like this.

    i have an xbox 360 e with 500gb and i havent jtag rgh NOTE:On xbox 360 e 2013 with 500gb its impossible to do the rgh the only option is jtag
