Completed: Black ops combat training on banned xbox not splitscreen

It there a way to play combat traIning on a banned xbox
I don't want to play the One in splitscreen
Like maybe a way to trick your xbox into thinking it's online so you can get to it!

I think you can on a Jtag, but not just a flashed console that is banned.
