Black Ops Glass Textures

i have a problem with my game
the textures are missing ...!
and when i loads the campagin
and then it being stuck

 

Does this happen on other games?
Maybe the disc is too scratched to play.

 

No it dosent happends to the games
just black ops and has no startches

 

Have you tryed taking your game to the shop to check there is nothing wrong with it? i did that to call of duty 4 and they fixed it so maybe you could do it too?
