Change Xbox 360 game picture

    hi guys sorry to bother you but i was wondering how you can change the gamer picture on the xbox 360 games, cause i am the only one that have a completly diffrent gears of war 3 picture while everyone else has the original one, is there a way to change this maybe? /thx for help.
