That program is for extracting data. Demo's, themes, etc. So your wanting to transfer all the data from your current hard drive to your new one?

If you purchased the kit and it came with a disc are you sure that it works for your console? PAL, NTSC, etc.

I have a NTSC (USA) console. Which means inless that disc was region free than it wouldn't work in less it worked for NTSC consoles. Though it most likely doesn't seeing how you got it from Hong Kong.

Ya I think he is talking about transferring data from one drive to another. I have a spare disc that I can send to him (he's my cousin so I trust him with the disc ;)).

He should just be able to create a backup image of his old HDD using Xplorer and restore it on the other HDD.

Ya that is an idea too. I'll just send the disc anyway, it finally gives me an excuse to get rid of one since Microsoft sent me two transfer kits when I ordered just one. Oh well, more for me!
