Yesterday i thought it was needed for me to "optimize" and mess around with my website's Server (OVH Provided).
My plan was to replace Apache with the Latest NGinx, Optimize my CDN, Enable Memcached on my 2 servers and enable cloudflare.

i Ran Test's after i installed / configured every major change.

as the test show's, my site's overall performance is slower with cloud flare than without.

What do you guys think of my findings?

I think you have a slow Cloudflare Server near your connection combined with the fact that the main purpose of Cloudflare is to protect your site, speeding it up is a benefit. Plus 90% of your viewers wont be as close to you are to your physical server, so for them Cloudflare will speed it up.
