Xbox 360 Platform: Batman Arkham Asylum & Arkham City with LOVEFiLM's £15 Amazon voucher card, so in the end I just paid £5 for both games. Fantastic deal. I already played B:AA on my PS3 but sold it, so now this copy's to keep. B:AC will be pretty much a new "Batxperience" because I've never played it (except the demo).
The last game I bought was Duke Nukem Forever. I have to say, it was well worth my $5. Next game I'll probably buy will be either a DBZ game or Marvel vs Capcom.
Ive been buying some old games recently Need For Speed Carbon Collectors Edition - £2 from Amazon Need for Speed Hot Persuit Limited Edition - £2 from Amazon, the online pass hadn't even been redeemed either. Forza Horizon - £13 from Blockbuster Gears of War Judgement - £30 from Zavi with some points / vouchers i had. As you can probably tell ive been in to my racing games latley, kinda had enough of Gears / Halo now and regret spending so much on Judgement. The campaign wasn't bad, however the multiplayer is rubbish... i should have waited and got it when the games cheaper.
Those are pretty good deals, but Gears Judgement for £30 seems a bit too much. I might sign up for LOVEFiLM's Amazon offer again using a different card and details. £5 for £15's a tempting deal.
The Amazon / Lovefilm deals are pretty good, back in 2011 all you had to do was signup for a LoveFilm free trial, pay nothing and you got a £20 Amazon voucher. That was a pretty sweet deal, i ended up getting Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock (The Guitar + Game) for around £5-10ish. The game was on offer at the time, then with my £20 Amazon voucher it brought the price down to around £5-10 ish, I cant remember the exact price but it was less than £10. Edit - thread from back in the day: Free £20 Amazon.co.uk gift certificate.
I do remember those days, but even know I don't mind paying £5 for £15 considering I'm paying for a service which offers a nice variety of films and series, sadly it's inferior to Netflix and no subtitles.
yes its pretty broken on consoles but for PC its pretty well optimised ive only seen a few bugs nothing game breaking though and has had 2 patchs so they are fixing things i think consoles havent recived a patch yet due to patch certification in honesty ive never seen a MMO work on a console other than DC universe but defiance for me is basically borderlands turned into a mmo
Bioshock Infinite for £23.99 (as well as a few other games that came with it, check out: https://digiex.net/general-discussions/gaming-hangout/12430-bioshock-inifinite-getgamesgo.html) Really happy with the game and now I've finished it I'm considering purchasing the DLC season pass
DBZ Kinect FIFA 12 I just couldn't pass out on this offer both games were really cheap and I didn't want to risk losing a chance of owning DBZ Kinect while it's still available for a reasonable price.
Original Xbox 1) Burnout 3: Takedown 2) Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex 3) FlatOut I won't be buying any more games for a while now, I think.
Xbox: Need For Speed Underground 1 (still have NFSU2 sealed) Xbox 360: Ridge Racer 6 The demo was great and allowed me to experience the gameplay of how it plays like, just how I wanted. Can't wait to receive it.
You will enjoy RR6 i'm sure, the later races get stupidly hard however! I like the special Pacman car you can unlock later in the game, i've found it helps me win a couple of races i've struggled on.
Bought a couple of games: PS2: Death by Degrees Zone of Enders Xbox: - Xbox Crystal (with official controller + cables) - Otogi: Myth of Demons - Burnout 2: Point of Impact - Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 - Sonic Heroes Oddly enough all of this is from the same seller, that is, Zoverstocks (except Death by Degrees - Amazon Warehouse). I sure hope their condition is within my expectations or I'll send it back. I do have an Original Xbox which is black (great condition) but for some reason it has a weird seizure, so I might give it to my nephew after hacking it and installing games on the HDD for him. He really enjoys Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfect.
