Not working for me. Burned twice and always same effect. Game hangs after initial adds(on the flags). Maybe someone can provide md5 hash, i think that file may be corrupt but i don't want to download it again for nothing(and it really took long. Speeds about 120KB/s. Digiex server is under haaaavy load ).

It ain't working. I've been trying since past 8 hours. Please if server is under load make some mirrors please.

Hello i'll tell you my story. First of all thanks for uploading it
Yesterday i tried to download this demo (i waited and pressed F5 every minute until you posted it), it was downloading at 50kb/s, and 4 hours after i started downloading i've accidentally closed Firefox so my download stopped and didn't ahve the option to continue from the 49% i'd downloaded. Then i downloaded it again and I went out, but it stopped at 300mb and said "download's complete", after it i downloaded it again and waited until 3:30 AM when the download finally finished.
I burned it once at maximum speed, and at the console the demo stops at the image of flags in the starting. Then i burned it at 2x speed and had the same problem. I tried chosing all languages on the demo, doing all i can and it doesn't work

But i'm sure i've downloaded all the archive you uploaded, cause it has 913mb and when it was finishing downloading i was there and it didn't finish suddenly, it downloaded all.



Has this demo worked for someone¿

I just downloaded it again from Xbox LIVE and compared it from the one we have here.



As you can see, it matches. The file isn't corrupt. If your burning it to a CD/DVD perhaps try injecting it to a hard drive or flash drive.

Is it possible to run demo on flash drive with original MS dashboard?

Yes, just as long as you have new newest dashboard update. 2.0.9199.0 I also just posted a guide on how to inject to flash drive. http://digiex.net/computing-section/...ash-drive.html

Also the file is in .ISO, so you'll need WinRAR or 7Zip to extract it's contents

I've also just tested the demo we have here on my other 360. Pics attached.

Nice tutorial but doesn't work for me. When I click Open device nothing happens.

Have you configured the USB flash drive for use with your Xbox 360? Plug it in, go to memory and highlight your flash drive, press "A". Then "Configure Now", "Yes". It will test to make sure your flash drive can be used. It should then say its ready.

Now go and try injecting.

I have same MD5 and SHA1
I burned with imgburn the folder "content" like it is writtend on the tutorial, exactly the same way.

edit: can it be because i haven't removed all the "READ ME.txt" ??

Of course it works.
I forgot to extract io.dll
Extracted only .exe now it works.

The file is in .ISO format, to burn it all you needed to do was select it in Imgburn and hit the big button. You weren't suppose to extract it's contents. Though if you did, are you sure that when you burned it that you didn't mess up on step 5 here. http://digiex.net/computing-section/...g-imgburn.html

Yes i did it correctly, i pressed No. I normally burn the ISO files with alcohol 120% but since on the tutorial it's written to bur nthe folder Content i did it like that xD
Should i try burning the iso?

PD: I have only 1 DVD left xD

Thats up to you sir, if you only have one left I wouldn't waste. In fact, if you have a flash drive laying around just use that. Much easier than burning and will perform faster and not crash as often. If not, Then all I can say is that it does work. I'm not sure how alcohol 120 burns. So I would say if you do then use imgburn to do it and not to extract it's contents. Just select and burn

okay i connected the usb to the xbox360 and configured it. Then i injected the folder Content with all correctly (i didn't have a folder content on the usb). The xbox360 didn't recognize the demo so i format the usb again and before connecting it to the pc I transferred a demo from my xbox hard disk to the usb. Then i connected the usb to the pc and in the program USB Xtaf Xplorer the demo appeared correctly. I went inside the "0000..." folder and copied the folder "454188F6", BUT the xbox360 doesn't recognize this demo, it recognizes only the one i passed from the hdd to the usb!
And now i connect the usb again to the pc and in the program all seems correct!


Look at the program I click file-> Open Device, then enter Content->0000000000000000 and it looks like this:

i also checked the MD5 again and it's all correct, i have the last Dashboard version and it's a non flashed xbox360.
I'm cursed, aren't I ?

Okay lets see, the demo doesn't work on dvd, that's confirmed.

cinek68 do you have a flashed xbox360? I think i can't play the demo via USB because it isn't firmed software and only works on flashed xbox.

You don't need a modified Xbox 360 to play it via USB. You just need the most recent dashboard update. You can use CD,DVD,USB,HDD...

Guys most people are getting this to work, myself and InsaneNutter have confirmed it works. There must be something you are messing up on. We have many guides in our guides section. I'm sure you can get it to work also.

I also see you replied above saying something about USB. Though am having difficult understanding. Please explain to me better.

Yeah game works. But not from dvd. From usb/hdd works without any problem. Just unpack iso and use usbxtafgui. Thanks for the upload.

I tried EVERYTHING and it doesn't work. On "memory" it writes: Demos: 0kb and same for all otherthings :0 kb
I tried many times, doing exactly the same you did, changing something, verifying again the MD5 and it does not work.

It's really strange, i think i give up.
