Forza 4 Xbox 360 Demo Download

The demo will be released on the marketplace next week, so enjoy it early.

Description of game:

Forza Motorsport 4 is a racing video game currently in development by Turn 10 Studios for the Xbox 360. It will be the fourth installment in the Forza Motorsport series, and is scheduled for release in North America on October 11, 2011, in Europe on October 14, and the rest of the world on October 20. The game will be the first in the series to support the Kinect sensor alongside the traditional controller-based gameplay.

Players will be able to import their Forza Motorsport 3 profiles into Forza Motorsport 4, giving them the ability to transfer a certain amount of in-game credits and gifted cars into their new garage. The amount allowed transferred is based on how long they have played the game and how many cars and credits they have.

Information:

This demo doesn't require a modified console.

To burn more than one demo to an CD/DVD just download all the demo's you wish, then add all of them into a folder called "0000000000000000" Create it manually. Secondly, create another new folder called "Content". Now move folder "0000000000000000" into folder "Content". Should now appear like this. Congrats, if it does then your ready to burn. Read below for more instructions on how to burn.

To Inject this to an Xbox 360 hard drive or Flash drive just copy the contents inside the RAR file into "Content" / "0000000000000000". If more than one simply repeat the process.

tried it on a pal console and didn't work .. injected it on hard drive on partition 3 inside folder > content > 0000000000000000 > 4D5389F0 > 00080000

i have only tested with the torrent version ..don't know if filesonic version is the same so i am now downloading it and will try that

Define how it didn't work? did it appear and not start? didn't appear at all?

I'm not able to make it work.

I already have the latest dashboard installed, and Forza's demo is copied to the HDD.
I select it and 5 seconds later I get the following error message:"This disc is unreadable".
Help!!!

not working for me either.

i move the demo to my flash drive,i see forza 4 demo in my xbox when i plug in the flash drive.
but when i try to start the game,it says: "game cannot start,please download the game again."

my xbox is falcon btw with ixtreme 1.5.1.

maybe i did something wrong? or i just cant run this demo on my xbox?

anyone can help me please?

The demo works fine here on the 13599 dash (latest)

Try it on a USB stick, could also be a corrupt download.

That means you are not on the latest dashboard, update and the demo will work.

i have ixtreme 1.5.1

i guess i cant update my xbox to last dashboard, because i dont know how to flash my xbox.

if ill update it will fail/reflash my xbox right?

maybe ill just wait for tomorrow to get the official demo or full game....
maybe there is another solution?

You will have to update to play the full game too, and other new games.

That includes both your DVD firmware and console to the latest dashboard.

The latest update does re flash your DVD drive though yes.

I have just downloaded another demo (Sonic Free Riders) and was ok, so it doesn't seem that I'm doing something wrong on getting demos to work on my xbox. I'm going to download again the demo (allthough already did it twice...

).
Just for you information, I also had ixtreme 1.5.1 and updated for the last dashboard (now I cannot play my backups, but that was expected). May there is a security measure that prevents this demo to work when someone updates his console as I did?

So what dashboard are you on now? 13599 is the latest, you can download it here if your not on that.

Sonic Free Riders is an older, so will work with an older dashboard, Forza 4 is new so needs the latest dashboard.

I have the new one installed already - if I go to my XBOX, it says: 2.0.1.13599.0
I chose Sonic Free Riders because it was fast to download and I wanted to check if I was doing everything right, and it seems I am.

Should I clear cache or something? A bit lost here...

Humm very strange, only thing i can think of is the demo either got corrupted when you injected it in to your storage device, or when it was downloaded.

You could try burn the demo to a DVD and see if it works then: http://digiex.net/guides-reviews/gui...g-imgburn.html

ok since i dont know how to reflash my drive after update i took my xbox to the store i bought it from.

anyway,they will update my xbox to last dash and flash my drive to last frimwere for only 35$.

ill take the xbox back tomorrow or in 2 days,ill tell you how it goes when ill take it back.

There is no gta iv demo out.
