Default [Xbox] Revolt (Alpha) Download for Xbox (Full Unreleased Game)

    About the game:

Re-Volt is a radio control car racing themed video game released by Acclaim Entertainment in 1999. It made appearances on the PlayStation, PC, Nintendo 64 and Dreamcast, with a spinoff: RC Revenge for PlayStation and a enhanced port called RC Revenge Pro for PlayStation 2. In addition, a stripped down version of Re-volt was issued to beta testers of the Xbox Live service prior to the launch of the service on the original Xbox system, but much to the disappointment of fans - a more complete version was never released on the Microsoft console.

    About this download:

This is the more complete version that was never released on the Xbox, recently uploaded to the internet by Pikkon. All the games content is there it is just very buggy in places. After loading the game if you start a quick race (don't pick the first track it doesn't appear to work) and quit to the main menu it should function correctly.

    How to use:
    1. Un-rar
    2. FTP to your Xbox or burn to a DVD
    3. Load the game how you usually would
    4. Play

This should work on any modded Xbox, I have also tested it on a Jtagged 360 too. On the 360 the game will load however the screen will stay black, but the sounds / music can still be heard in the background.

Interesting...I'll be dusting off my old original modded Xbox, then.
Just a quick question: How do you burn original Xbox games? Is it exactly the same as burning an Xbox 360 game except that you can use DVD-Rs?
Just asking questions. Don't mind me, just passing through.

If its an ISO just right click and burn it to disc with ImgBurn.
If the download is files / folders (which i think this is) you can create an ISO with Qwix then just burn with ImgBurn.

Or just play from the hard drive if you have space, thats what i do.

Worked like a charm. This was a lot more playable than I expected. Looks like my original Xbox has a purpose again other than playing Spy vs. Spy and other non backwards compatible games...
    Thanks a lot for this!
