:|.kkrieger (the smallest 3D shooting game in the world):O

Can you believe a first-person 3D shooting game is only 96kb?

Since this game is not very interesting, but it's size and quality have shocked many programmers.Even a screenshot may got bigger than it. Let's watch some screenshot below.

The entire game uses only 97,280 bytes of disk space. In contrast, most modern first-person shooters fill one or more CDs or DVDs.According to the developers, .kkrieger itself would take up around 200–300 MB of space if it had been stored the conventional way.(From wikipedia)

Though this game is small, it still requires a large amount of RAM and a good video card. Here's the minimum requirement:

    • A 1.5GHz pentium 3 / athlon or faster.
    • 512MB of RAM.
    • a GeForce4Ti (or higher) or ATI Radeon8500 (or higher) graphics card supporting pixel shaders 1.3, preferably with 128MB or more of VRAM.
    • some kind of sound hardware.
    • DirectX 9.0b.
I don't think i have to put a video here, this game is SHORT enough(just play and you will know), because it's still (or stuck) in beta phase since 2006.

I remember this from many years ago, its quite impressive just how small the game is considering what it contains! Nice upload.

Cool thing to find this one here too :) Its from a german coder-team called "farb-rausch"
(meaning color-intoxication, translated directly) and this (one of the very very few
things!) makes me really proud to be a german too :)

They´re "world-famous" for their 64kb demos, they even won at the "Breakpoint Demo
    Party" back in 2007.

I´m going to link my favourite demos of those great programmers.
One quick note, sometimes there are "party" and "final" versions available to download.
Normally it´s better to use the "Final" versions, the party-versions are the release-
versions from the Demo-Parties. Normally such demos are done in one evening! Thats the
whole point about those demo parties.

    Well, let´s get started!

Just look at the age and compare the lenght and the music to the size of this little
    sucker! Just unbelievable!
    EDIT:

Same thing here... dont know what to say about that, just that the music is so very cool!

This one´s a bit bigger but isn´t in the 64kb-category. It just shows how fluent
humanlike body movement could be in 2003 with comparingly such a small filesize -
always remember, everything you see, everything you hear, the whole demos bring to
you is rendered in real time and all stuck in the simple, little downloadfile.

you gotta try this one out with good oldfashioned 3D-glasses, the red and blue/green-
    colored ones!

I believe this one was the first DX9 64k demo worldwide. Sit back and enjoy.

Finally! As many ppl in the scene refer, the farb.rausch masterpiece! This also is the one
they won with at the Breakpoint Demo Party 2007 i mentioned before. Enjoy the stunning
graphics and the massive sound experience!

Sorry that i got a little carried away whit all this, but i find it´s so amazing and
impressive, it just has to be spread! :)
