Default James Bond Quantum of Solace: The Game Demo

Introducing a more lethal and cunningly efficient Bond, the game blends intense first-person action with a unique third-person cover combat system that allows players to truly feel what it is like to be the ultimate secret agent as they use their stealth, precision shooting and lethal combat skills to progress through missions. Seamlessly blending the heart-pounding action and excitement of the Quantum of Solace feature film with the“Casino Royale” movie, the title propels players into the cinematic experience of international espionage.

Based on the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare game engine that has been specifically engineered to immerse players in the Bond universe, the Quantum of Solace game delivers superior high-definition graphics, reactive AI and visually stunning locations inspired by locales portrayed in the films.

Apparently the demo lasts just 3 minutes , I’m downloading it now but won’t get a chance to play until tonight.

Woah that is short, you barley get to do anything... 700mb is a lot for something where you shoot a few people then it ends before you get to do the car chase.

It took me about 10 mins to finish it but I sucked and kept getting killed as I couldn’t get used to the controls.

Its for PC, 360 and PS3 Kitt, I think there’s also a Wii and DS version too although I’m guessing that will be quite different.

So what do you reckon so far? Does it seem worth getting?
I'll try the demo in a few days when I can.

    No surprise really.

I’m not really too sure if it’s worth getting, the demo was over so quick and only really give you an idea what the graphics are like (there very nice).

I’m guessing your using your Macbook? if I remember right the Macbook has the Intel Gma 950 graphics card, unfortunately that’s one of the worst integrated cards still used in laptops today, it will play Age of Empires 3 and other older games ok in low detail though.

I've got a newer Macbook, using GMA X3100.
It's not the best still, but it's better.
