Default Last movie/series/anime you watched

What's the last movie or series or anime you watched and tell a little about how you liked it!

I just watched The Mist. Nice movie. At first I didn't like the 3D effects, they didn't seem very realistic, but the atmosphere makes up for it. The ending is really fucked up though.. Still a very nice movie. If you liked Cloverfield you'll like this one as well.

Apart from that I'm watching The Wonder Years. I used to watch that when I was little and I thought it would be fun to see it again. Right now I'm at season 4 out of 6. Too bad the quality isn't great since it's pretty old.

Also watching Manabi Straight. It's about a group of girls on a school running the student council. I like these more realistic/school/slice of life kind of animes, better that the futuristic mecha battle animes out there.

The last film I watched was the new Batman film called The Dark Knight, when going to see it I wasn’t really that sure about it as I’m not really a big fan of super hero films.

I was however pleasantly surprised, Batman doesn’t have any special powers all he used was really advanced gadgets and a bit of good luck. Having never watched any of the other Batman films I didn’t know this. I enjoyed all the action in the film, the Joker had some evil plans which I won’t spoil it for anyone who hasn’t watch the film yet.

My only complaint if any was the film was too long, I thought the film was going to end so I drunk all my massive drink... then it went on for another hour... I wasn’t exactly happy, If I had know that I wouldn’t have finished off my drink

Yeh I agree with InsaneNutter on the Dark Knight in that it was a bit long. However for fans of the Batman films this won't dissapoint them and for anyone else it's not a bad thing either. Last film I watched myself was the Happening. It was alright, some of the death scenes were quite good, some you didn't see and could only imagine what was going on. However some of the acting wasn't great, the actors seemed like they were half assing some lines and the story was a little ridiculous. I'd tell what is is but looks like we don't have spoiler tags on Digiex (someone sort out plz ).

I noticed when Dark Knight came out I never watched any Batman movies so I downloaded them all, I still need to watch them.

Just watched Dirty Harry. Pretty cool, although you can see it's a little older. Nowadays you wouldn't be able to get away with such a simple film anymore.

The only original Batman film you need to watch is Batman.

Then watch Batman Begins, then Dark Knight. Three excellent films in my opinion, the least said about the sequels to the original the better!

The last film I watched was Doomsday

Its a weird clash between 28 days later and Mad Max. I was pleasantly surprised as it was actually very good. Its overly gorey, some is pretty witty and it doesnt take itself too seriously. I would recommend it as a good popcorn flick!

Maybe I should watch until there's a proper Dark Knight rip up for download before I watch the rest. Then I can do a Batman marathon.

Anyway, not watching Death Note (the anime, not the movies). From time to time, an anime or series comes along that you just keep watching non stop, one episode after another. This is one of those. I love it!

I went to see Wall-E last weekend, I didn’t really enjoy it much although everyone else who went enjoyed it. To me it just went on forever even though the film wasn’t actually that long, if I was 10 years younger I’m sure I would have enjoyed it a lot more.

The Last Film I watched was The Mummy tomb of the dragon emperor. It was pretty good. I'll probably buy it once it comes to DVD. Though I really like the Harry Potter series the best. There is a new trailer of the new WIP movie Half-Blood prince. It will be in theaters November 21, 08.
