    This the Gilksy's infamous PDF file that will teach you on how to repair a PS3 that has the Yellow Light of Death using a heat gun (re flowing it).

    His PFD is a free download so I have attached it to this post.

    Well, I wouldn't say the success rate is 100% but I doubt that someone puts this much time into a guide just for it to not work... Take it or leave it, up to you.

    Since its been a little bit, How's the fix working? any other problems/different problems? I haven't tried to fix any Ps3's yet but have done many 360's, and I've seen people selling their Ps3's on craigslist were I live shortly after being fixed as broken again, most the time with in 30-60 days of being fixed
