    I have this problem too. I NEVER modded firmware. 100% OFFICIAL firmware Lite-on 9435
    Maybe MS change 'modded firmware' marker? 2 day live all banned consoles!!!

    this means your are not banned but your serial is not allowed to connect wich is normal with a beta until they switch it on to your device

    This is the final version beta testers got it early and this is being rolled out region by dvd model but you can install it but wont be able to connect until your drive is allowed to go on

    also dont install this on a modifyed dvd drive it will wipe it and reinstall a new stock fw
