    Formatted my Xbox 360 hard drive a few weeks ago and have been trying to play Halo 2 on XBC. I've tried coping the update and maps ($c & $u) into the TDATA/...064 folder of partition 3 of the 360 hard drive. I can play the maps if someone else is hosting and loads them but cannot load them up myself; missing from the menu.

    Just wondering if anyone has the files (assuming the cache file) so i can have the update and maps.

    I have those files but i think i still need more for the 360. I know that times before they shut down the halo 2 server, if i cleaned the cache on the 360, then i couldnt use the maps or the update even though the maps "$c" and the update "$u" are still on the 360 harddrive until i redownloaded the update from bungie. but i obviously cant do that anymore.

    The DLC is very buggy for Halo 2 on the Xbox 360, if you ever put your hard drive in another console you had to re download the maps as the game would think there corrupt, even though the maps were there and on the hard drive perfectly fine.

    When you download content its signed to your console. Now the DLC installers we have here can sign the content to any Xbox 360 offline, however the console needs to be hacked to run unsigned code, which a normal non modified 360 can not do.

    That figures. My xbox isnt modded and is not jtagable. Guess im outta luck. Thanks for your help.

    There is a new reset glitch which will work on all Xbox 360's that are HDMI, however you can not run a hacked MS dashboard with that at the moment.
    You could do it like that in the future.
