Go to https://www.dropbox.com/free and you can get another 640mb free by doing all the stuff there.

You can also install the beta here: (2/23) - Experimental Forum Build - 1.3.19 « Dropbox Forums import say 2gb of video and get another 2gb of space, you can do this for a total of 5gb extra :)

So you can easily total around 8gb of space on your free account!

As for taptalk we have no plans to integrate it however we keep getting requests for it so maybe its something we could re consider.

You can remove them, you get the space for the life of the account.

Just be sure to import them from a USB drive using the Dropbox import feature, copy some AVI files to a USB drive if you want an easy way of doing it.

Also once Dropbox has imported the video and its been indexed, you can right click on the Dropbox icon in the system tray, and click pause syncing.
After go in to your Dropbox folder and delete the imported video.
Then again right click on the Dropbox icon in the system tray and select resume syncing, it will then give you the extra space without uploading loading the files.

Also worth mentioning you can only get 3gigs doing this now (from what i've read on the Dropbox forums), it was 5 earlier last month however.

Noted I think we will have to re conciser as it appears to be the way everyone wants to view forums on a mobile.
