    Hi all,

I was hoping someone could answer my question.

I have a Dell XPS laptop with external eSATA port. Will this port power the burner or will I still need a caddy to connect it to USB?

Also which IHAS burner is it I need for 360 related burning? The 124B (£17.77), 324B (£33.18), 524 (£31.08), or something else?

guys, I got a USB 2 Enclosure similar to the one Rick posted. When I get the iHas burner hooked up it powers on, opens up tray and if a disk is loaded it spins. But it just dont show up on my win7 notebook. WT- is wrong?

    Did it install drivers?
You can check in start > type in device manager > select device manager > under dvd / cd rom drives

rick, I have gone through disk management. I even tweaked the usb hub power management. It said no driver was needed for winxp and afterwards. Could it be possible that the usb enclosure is defective while the power stuffs are okay??

Disk management is only for storage devices, check the device manager.
