    About the ROMs:

Here I have a bunch of custom Gen V Distibution ROMs I have personally edited to distribute Generation V event Pokémon. These are mostly the Wi-FI events (which never had a disto ROM) so are otherwise unobtainable.

These distro ROMs are piggybacking European distribution carts so will distribute to all EUR (+US) games with their correct respective language events. The date restrictions have also been removed for convenience.

(There are a lot of other Gen V event Pokémon that we haven't got distribution ROMs for but as I don't personally want any of them I haven't made them, however if anyone has any specific requests for an event mon I'll make them in my spare time.)

    As usual you'll need:

    - A DS/3DS with a Generation 5 Pokémon game (see which specific one you'll need for each distro)
    - A second DS/3DS and a way of playing the distro ROMs (flashcart, modded DS etc.)

    The download includes these events:

(Note: Since this Darkrai was only ever distributed to English language games, I have locked Darkrai's language to always be English. It will still distribute to all EUR games though.)

(Note: For some reason when distrubuted the moves are in the wrong order, despite being in the right order in the dristro ROM ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

(Note: Since this Genesect was only ever distributed to Japanese language games, I have locked Genesect's language to always be Japanese. It will still distribute to all EUR games though.

Also to note: I have included two versions of this distro.
Since the generation V games don't have an internal database of all the different language names for Pokémon, the distributed Genesect's name is the same language as the game it's distributed to by default.

The ROM called "JPN Cinema Genesect (Nickname) (BWB2W2)" has been set to distribute the Genesect with its correct Japanese name as its nickname, but it will also set the nickname flag of the Genesect, which although passes legality checks, is not supposed to be set.

The ROM called "JPN Cinema Genesect (Default) (BWB2W2)" does not have this nickname set, I have included this because when sent from Gen V to VI via Poké Transporter all unnicknamed Pokémon will have their name changed to their default language name, i.e. "Genesect" will become "ゲノセクト", and since this is done without the nickname flag being set it will technically be "more legit")

Well I found where the data in the ROM for the previous distribution is and, through a lot of trial and error, manually edited the pkmn and wonder cards using bulbapedia as a source (probably could’ve copied the data from project pokemon but I didn’t think of it at the time).
It’s actually VERY easy to edit everything you want about the distro as the data isn’t weird like gen iv’s, you can even set things like the event mon’s origin game if you wanted to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You wouldn't happen to be able to do this to make a V-Create Rayquaza rom would you? I know it wouldn't be technically legit, but how far off would it be?

    Which flashcart are you using?
If you have a modded 3DS or DSi I suggest you using TWiLight Menu++

I do plan and getting round to doing some more of these, the Japanese ones are a bit tricky since I have to manually write the wonder cards converting japanese text to hexadecimal and then make sure it's all correct (which is more time consuming than my native english). I'll try to aim to get a few more done in the next couple of months though, and I'll put the V-create rayquaza at the top of the list :)

Can you test the EUR SPR2013 Meloetta ROM (LINK) and see if that works? These distro ROMs are based on that. I don't know why they won't work for you tbh but it's probably( ? ) a flashcart thing

I suspect that japanese genesect wont transfer if you obtain it on a nonjapanese cart but I could be wrong. I don't have the means to test it. I'm pretty sure the others should transfer over just fine. Since they're recreations of official events.

They all transfer to bank and HOME fine :) . The shiny Genesect works too as the language is locked to Japanese regardelss of the language of the game it was obtained on (although the none nicknamed distro is technically more legit)

Happy Saturday for those who celebrate! Here are a bunch more custom Gen V Distibution ROMs I have personally edited. These are the remainder of the non-Japanese events (+ V-create Rayquaza) so now we can distribute all of them.

I've also made a custom macros to make translating Japanese to unicode to text much quicker and accurate, so making distros for the Japanese events is in the works (there can't be that many of them right? RIGHT?!)

Once again these distro ROMs are piggybacking European distribution carts so will distribute to all EUR (+US) games with their correct respective language events. The date restrictions have also been removed for convenience.

    As usual you'll need:

    - A DS/3DS with a Generation 5 Pokémon game (see which specific one you'll need for each distro)
    - A second DS/3DS and a way of playing the distro ROMs (flashcart, modded DS etc.)

    The download includes these events:

(Note: Scrafty's language of origin was locked to English regardless of the game it was distributed to, so the distribution ROM matches this)

(Note: The original Wonder Card text for Spanish language games is lost so it uses the English text instead)

(Note: Since this Pikachu was only ever distributed to English language games, I have locked Pikachu's language to always be English. It will still distribute to all EUR games though.)

(Note: The original Wonder Card text for French, Italian, and Spanish language games is lost so those use the English text instead)

(Note: Since this Cloyster was only ever distributed to English language games, I have locked Cloyster's language to always be English. It will still distribute to all EUR games though.

Also to note: I have included two versions of this distro.
Since the generation V games don't have an internal database of all the different language names for Pokémon, the distributed Closters's name is the same language as the game it's distributed to by default. This affects French and German language games.

The ROM called "Abram Cloyster (Nickname) (BWB2W2)" has been set to distribute the Closter with its correct English name as its nickname, but it will also set the nickname flag of the Cloyster, which although passes legality checks, is not supposed to be set.

The ROM called "Abram Cloyster (Default) (BWB2W2)" does not have this nickname set, I have included this because when sent from Gen V to VI via Poké Transporter all unnicknamed Pokémon will have their name changed to their default language name, and since this is done without the nickname flag being set it will technically be "more legit")

(Note: Since this Ludicolo was only ever distributed to English language games, I have locked Ludicolo's language to always be English. It will still distribute to all EUR games though.

Also to note: I have included two versions of this distro.
Since the generation V games don't have an internal database of all the different language names for Pokémon, the distributed Ludicolo's name is the same language as the game it's distributed to by default. This affects German language games.

The ROM called "Toler Ludicolo (Nickname) (BWB2W2)" has been set to distribute the Ludicolo with its correct English name as its nickname, but it will also set the nickname flag of the Ludicolo, which although passes legality checks, is not supposed to be set.

The ROM called "Toler Ludicolo (Default) (BWB2W2)" does not have this nickname set, I have included this because when sent from Gen V to VI via Poké Transporter all unnicknamed Pokémon will have their name changed to their default language name, and since this is done without the nickname flag being set it will technically be "more legit")

(Note:Metagross's language of origin was locked to English regardless of the game it was distributed to, so the distribution ROM matches this)

(Note: There seems to be no record of this Meowth being distributed to non Italian games (I don't see why it wouldn't have been tho) so I have locked Meowth's language to always be Italian. The original Wonder Card text for this is lost so it uses custom text instead.

Also to note: I have included two versions of this distro.
Since the generation V games don't have an internal database of all the different language names for Pokémon, the distributed Meowth's name is the same language as the game it's distributed to by default. This affects French, German, and Spanish language games.

The ROM called "Rocket Meowth (Nickname) (BWB2W2)" has been set to distribute the Meowth with its correct Italian name as its nickname, but it will also set the nickname flag of the Meowth, which although passes legality checks, is not supposed to be set.

The ROM called "Rocket Meowth (Default) (BWB2W2)" does not have this nickname set, I have included this because when sent from Gen V to VI via Poké Transporter all unnicknamed Pokémon will have their name changed to their default language name, and since this is done without the nickname flag being set it will technically be "more legit")

(Note: The original Wonder Card text for French, Italian, German, and Spanish language games is lost so those use the English text instead)

(Note: This Mewtwo was only ever distributed to English and Japanese language games but according to Project Pokémon the language of origin is always Japanese so the distribution ROM matches this. It will still distribute to all EUR games though.

Also to note: I have included three versions of this distro.
Since the generation V games don't have an internal database of all the different language names for Pokémon, the distributed Mewtwo's name is the same language as the game it's distributed to by default. This affects German language games.

The ROM called "EUR PHills Mewtwo (Nickname) (BWB2W2)" has been set to distribute the Mewtwo with its correct English name as its nickname, but it will also set the nickname flag of the Mewtwo, DO NOT transfer this to Bank/HOME as it will keep its English name whereas legit events will revert to its default Japanese name.

The ROM called "JPN PHills Mewtwo (Nickname) (BWB2W2)" has been set to distribute the Mewtwo with its correct Japanese name as its nickname, but it will also set the nickname flag of the Mewtwo, which although passes legality checks, is not supposed to be set.

The ROM called "EUR+JPN PHills Mewtwo (Default) (BWB2W2)" does not have this nickname set, I have included this because when sent from Gen V to VI via Poké Transporter all unnicknamed Pokémon will have their name changed to their default language name, and since this is done without the nickname flag being set it will technically be "more legit")
(Note: Since this Rayquaza was only ever distributed to Japanese language games, I have locked Rayquaza's language to always be Japanese. It will still distribute to all EUR games though.

Also to note: I have included two versions of this distro.
Since the generation V games don't have an internal database of all the different language names for Pokémon, the distributed Rayquaza's name is the same language as the game it's distributed to by default.

The ROM called "JPN 15th Anniversary Rayquaza (Nickname) (BWB2W2)" has been set to distribute the Rayquaza with its correct Japanese name as its nickname, but it will also set the nickname flag of the Rayquaza, which although passes legality checks, is not supposed to be set.

The ROM called "JPN 15th Anniversary Rayquaza (Default) (BWB2W2)" does not have this nickname set, I have included this because when sent from Gen V to VI via Poké Transporter all unnicknamed Pokémon will have their name changed to their default language, and since this is done without the nickname flag being set it will technically be "more legit")

Many apologies but somehow the PHills Mewtwo ROMs have the incorrect Wonder Card ID (no idea how it happened). Below is an updated version with the correct Wonder Card ID.
