    Xbox 360 Dashboard Update 2.0.13604.0 Download with Avatars

    I cannot get the 13604 update to start. My dashboard is 13604 but I have no avatars. I have placed the complete update with just the $Systemupdate folder on a USB and a CD and tried both methods but it will not autoupdate. I have a RGH Falcon. Steve
