    Yep, you're being over paranoid, I understand the concern though. i played for 2 years on a hacked drive, even formatted and re-hacked it once the 320Gb file came out in September 2011. You are fine, M$ has bigger fish to fry than a guy with a big hard drive. I ran all the updates and Beta metro.

    I had this problem. Before I pulled the drive again to redo the partition, I tested my game again a week later and it went through the game update process and worked. I was really confused.

    It's possible that Microsoft has left this alone because it's a niche concern, but maybe MOST importantly, no one is making money from this, as in InsaneNutter and the hackers are not taking donations.

    Jeepers, I was afraid you'd say to "undo" it. While preparing to load the 320 .bin, I think I formatted the flash stick withe undo.bin on it from the previous 250 hack. Any recommendations? I tried PhotoRec from testdisk-6.12 on my mac but no .bin showed up. Oddly, none of the files...

    According to Wikipedia, the special edition GoW and R2D2 320GB console is coming out, which means eventually we can use a 320GB hard drive to its fullest. How soon can we expect instructions/files to be updated after the console is released.
