    If you're trying to reinstall and you need to wipe out the key from your system first, open regedit and navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\EA GAMES\Red Alert 3 Beta Delete the whole Red Alert 3 Beta folder. That should do it.

    Do you have a firewall running? Maybe Windows Firewall? PeerGuadian? You should try disabling anything like that.

    Hmmm.... Some new guy came in here and announced that the beta was open. Then they kept registration open just long enough for everyone who was working on a crack to get a free key, and then they closed it down. If they did that purposely, it was a brilliant move.

    That's really not fair to everyone who didn't see it in time. If it was for a limited time they really should've said that. They made it sound like it was permanently open/free. This pisses me off.

    That GL:5700 sounds like a video card issue... but beyond that I don't know. I've never seen that one before. You could try reinstalling and/or updating your video card driver. I think those are the first things I would try.

    I haven't tried, but I don't think it would work. When you sign up for the beta key, they send you to download the original installer, then when you try to run the game it forces you to download the patch. You'd think they would be smart and save bandwidth by combining the two...
