    So... it seems you need to download the same language installer as your Windows language (it doesn't matter what you have the Language Settings set to).     Thanks a lot for this! Other sites I tried threw up warnings from my anti-virus program. Downloading it now. I've been searching and trying alternatives to Photogallery since it was end-of-lifecycled, but I can't find anything that both makes the edits I need (including simple tags/comments)...
