I have a PSP 1001 with an 81 MoBO, so I'm pretty sure I can permanently flash my system. Is there any downside to permanently flashing the system as opposed to just doing the Flash Recovery every time? Or any reason you might prefer to do the Flash Recovery? Just curious. Thanks again! I'm firing up the old PSPto have something quick and easy to access for gaming since I'm probably going to have little opportunity to sit down in front of my PC and definitely not going to be able to use my PS console.
