    Didn't catch your reply sooner, but this is what I did when I woke up this morning. I took out the drive, restored it with the undo.bin went into windows 7 64 bit, repartioned it and formated it to ntfs. ran a full disc sector scan, it found 111 bad sectors, repaired other stuff blah blah...
