    Unfortunately there's two problems: a. I didn't create the spoofed USA version of the Old Sea Map wondercard. I just updated the NDS rom to use the spoofed wondercard that someone else reverse engineered. b. I also don't have access to a German version of Emerald to do any kind of reverse...

    I updated the rom to include an unofficial Old Sea Map for Pokemon Emerald. In case anyone is interested: https://github.com/mrhappyasthma/NDSEventTool.nds/releases This was never released in the USA, so this is a spoofed wondercard to unlock the key item in game.
