    Copy the entire original MM3 game to your Xbox hard drive. On your computer, extract the mm3-dlc.zip (using win-zip ... says you must use winzip in readme ... not winrar or another program) and place the "Shared\Cars\" directory into the "Games\MidtownMadness3\Shared\Cars\" on your xbox hard...

    Should developers drop support for Windows XP?

    Notice that both the developers mentioned may be trying to push a new OS on consumers. I know paint.NET isn't officially affiliated with MS anymore, but I'm sure they have some kind of leverage remaining in it's development. Perhaps there are more, but those are the ones you mentioned...
