well lord asked in post 6 ,"Are you running the latest patch? Also running as admin in vista/win 7? As far as I can tell it doesn't matter if you had mods installed", so i would assume by the context of that post it is meant for the latest patch. but then again i could be wrong that's something...- nightbreez

Yes cory make sure you put the unlocker.exe in the super street fighter 4 folder where you find the ssf4 .exe. the easiest way to find that folder is right click the shortcut for ssf4 and click open file location. thats where you want to put the unlocker and costume editor if you get it as well...- nightbreez
