Hi! Yep, i interact with the pichu in the first slot but he doesn't react. I'm using an old rom that i got back around 2010 when the game came out, I also tried other events recently in my legit games and they activated (haven't tried the pichu one tho, i haven't reach that part of the map yet...- Pokesped

Hi! Sorry for the late response, i had a really busy week and it completely slipped my mind. I first claimed the Pichu directly into HeartGold and later tried claiming one in Pearl to transfer it to HG, none of them activated the event. I'm not sure if claiming it directly in HG could have...- Pokesped
