    I opted to use a different hdd. WD5000LPCX_VHAT01. It was problematic getting it to work. Originally I flashed it using Rufus with FreeDos and I had errors that occurred despite it saying the drive converted correctly.     Make sure the drive is properly seated. Turn on the Xbox then push the drive in. If the Xbox doesn't restart then you didn't seat it correctly. If that fails read my comment below.
