Thinking of buying a Macbook
ok what i like in macbook pro: design quality materials nice features like mag safe what i like in mac os: apps for video and foto editor are much faster that on windows :/ so it is better for audio and video but i would still need windows for all the other stuff... you know gaming and all...- vartaxe

Thinking of buying a Macbook
i think i'm gonna wait a few more months before getting a macbook pro maybe for Christmas they update them again but upgrading specs like the new nvidia gpu powering the GTS 260 or even the older GTX 260 would do it even if it get's hotter and consume more power it's just that the new one are in...- vartaxe

Thinking of buying a Macbook
after reading this i'm now asking myself if it's a good deal right now :( so new macbook pro has no more expresscard slot, firewire, geforce 9400 instead of the 9600gt as the older had and now even powered by sata 1 so they downgraded sata 2 to sata 1, geforce 9600gt to 9400, removed...- vartaxe

are there newer drivers from daniel_k? or did creative finally manage to make good drivers? just asking because i think i have an old audigy soundcard in my garage :) sometime ago i tried some drivers that should be universal called kX audio drivers but wouldn't work... so i'm hopping there are... -

i'm thinking about buying a macbook pro but i wonder if apple's has all drivers fully working on windows with the same feature as in mac os? so should i buy a macbook to have mac os and use bootcamp for windows or buy a non mac notebook to have windows and try those mac os haked builds...- vartaxe
