    Yes , work in VBA and open in PKhex but the gba backup tool does not restore the save to cartridge, i had to choose another option , i restored using the gba cable link dumper with gamecube and works fine.

    i'm trying to import my emerald save that i was playing on 3ds but it's not working, i pass the save on the emulator and extract it to a 128k save file and try to restore it using the gba backup tool but nothing happens ... simply delete the save that is in my emerald and stay on the "new game"...
