Nexuiz is a fast paced 3d deathmatch game project created online by a team of developers called Alientrap. It is available for download for Windows, Mac, and Linux (all the same archive). The first version was released May 31st 2005, released entirely GPL and free over the net, a first for a project of its kind. Since then it has been downloaded over 1.5 million times, and the game is still being updated and developed, currently at version 2.5 and new releases being developed. Looks like a tacky hybrid of Unreal Tournament and Quake 3 Arena. Just going by the videos, as I haven't played the game, I'd say the only reason people would be interested in this is because it's free.
I think I might have played this a long time ago, if I remember right it wasn’t that bad. Not everyone has loads of money to spend on the latest games, a free game is a free game
What is this "money" you speak of good sir? With our economy the way it is, I'm not sure what this money thing is.
...and its an open source project...its still being updated and developed...but its good (actually version is 2.5)
Who knows, I hear that the rainbows are trying to get a bailout from the government too...I love my country's economy
I don’t really think the economy is better anywhere else sadly, That will explain why ive not seen a rainbow for years... it’s a conspiracy
