I was reading a thread in the Download Centre about Croc Legend of the Gobbs and realised it was the first PC game I ever owned, I got it back in 1998.

So what was the first game you got for the PC if you can remember that far back?

I don't think I remember that far back but I think it may have been Diablo as well. Diabo III should be pretty good when it comes out.

Actually, I probably ought to change mine as my family had an Atari 400 computer back in the early 80's and the first game(S) would have had to have been:

    Donkey Kong
    Pac-Man
    Joust

My first PC game was Stunts .But in the prehistory I prefered playing on 8bits. I owned Commodore C-64 II and it was a superb machine :-)

Lemmings is amazing, I’ve got the original for the Amiga boxed somewhere!
They did a pretty nice remake of it for the PSP, one of the few PSP games I still enjoy :)

also used to play an old Sooty game. We also had an old Thomas the tank engine game. Bare in mind I wasn't that old at the time.
