Rockstar say PSP owners, rejoice - the highest-rated DS game of all-time (*Source: Metacritic) is now coming to PlayStation Portable on October 20th 2009.

Specifically built for the PSP platform with upscaled widescreen graphics, enhanced lighting and animation and including all new story missions, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars will be a powerful experience on the PSP and will be available as both a digital download (via PLAYSTATION Network) and at retail.

This is the first time i've actually seen screen shots of GTA Chinatown Wars. I'm guessing the overhead view is the only one available?

It is. I believe they refer to it as a 2.5D view. It looks like it works well enough though.

Exactly. That was the only problem I had with the original GTA games; you could barely see where you were headed.

Actually, I prefer this technique in avoiding the police.
