I may have to get this edition. I traded in Fable II a while back but this seems like it might be the perfect way to get back into the game. I assume it will have some if not all of the DLC.

Yeah Fable II really wasn't that great.

The DLC was a bit of a let down aswell.

Actually, yes it is and yes I can. I remember the first time I tried to play Fable II, man I was pumped. My friend joined and we started. Then we found out that you have to be in the SAME DAMN SCREEN! I mean really? I thought we got passed these things when we went online, but apparently not. With the fact that it decides to freeze even more then the first one did. Also the glitches that they were ridiculous.

You seem miss out on a lot of decent games because they don't seem to meet your high standards.

Buggy games are inevitable these days. Publishers push deadlines onto developers to release games at certain times and if the developers fail to meet the deadline the game still gets released. Then they release a patch over Xbox Live/PSN etc. This was more common for PC games but even then PC games didn't have as many bugs in them as they do now. In context to Fable 2 the game was really buggy for me when I first played it and even getting the game to start was annoying (the start menu was sooooooo slow) but they released a patch a week later and I have to say that the game was much better for me. I suggest you replay some of the games you dismissed as buggy Dark Scyth, you might be surprised at how better a game turns out to be after.

I played it after a few patches but by then I was already so annoyed of the game freezing on me and things like that I had lost interest in the game.

I'm getting to the point where if I'm going to be forking out $60 for a game, I should be expecting more not less. I'm not really that picky, I just want them to test their games for more then 5 minutes. I would rather the game be pressed back by a month or so if that means that it wouldn't be so buggy. When they are buggy and I have to download patches that takes up my hard drive space. You get only 13.9GB and the rest is for system use...my ass. I had over 3GB's in patches on my Xbox before and were removed by deleting the system cache. Take Wolfenstein for example. That game wasn't perfect by far but the campaign didn't have very many bugs which made it enjoyable for me.
