fake sir, the email address it was sent from says "service@intl.paypal.com"

    PayPal's real email address is "service@paypal.com" ;)

Plus in less I'm mistaken actual emails sent from "service@paypal.com" has a PayPal Email ID number at the bottom...

Yes I also say it is fake. A very well organized e-mail from someone that wants our information. It does appear they dated it a bit later than September. A dead giveaway perhaps?

It generally looks fake. But it's labeled December when it came in September.

Simple to verify. Open a browser to www.paypal.com (or is it .co.uk?) and see if it says you have to Verify. If so, it's real, if not, it's fake.

Or just use Gmail and enable the eBay/PayPal checker plugin and it will automatically check if its real or not and flag it so.
